How to use
1. Daily: after bathing, massage the Belly Butter into the belly, hips, thighs and breasts in circular motions until absorbed.
2. 2–3 times a week: apply a Belly Mask Sheet to clean, dry skin, relax for 15–20 minutes, then massage the remaining essence in.
3. Keep everything together in your Mama-To-Be Bag — at home, in the hospital bag, or on the go.

Daily – Belly Butter: after showering, pat the skin dry, scoop a small amount with the spatula and massage into the belly, hips, thighs, arms and breasts in circular motions until absorbed. Morning and evening.

2–3 times a week – Belly Mask Sheet: unfold the sheet onto clean, dry belly skin, press gently to secure and relax for 15–20 minutes. Remove and massage the remaining essence in.
